Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Badlachi for your premium desk accessories, including our PU leather deskmats. We take pride in our high-quality products and want you to enjoy your new workspace upgrade. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: You may return most items within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
    For hygiene and quality reasons, once a desk mat has been used, it cannot be accepted for return unless it is defective.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required. Without proof of purchase, returns may be processed as store credit only.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized orders, and items specifically marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Request an RMA: Contact our Customer Service team at info@badlachi.com within the 30-day return window. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued.
  • Packaging Instructions: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, clearly writing the RMA number on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If your return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Other Returns: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment. Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, please indicate this when you request your RMA. Exchanges are subject to product availability; if the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately at info@badlachi.com. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund—and will cover any return shipping costs.
